Fourth wing by Rebecca Yarros
A friend of mine suggested this book way back in September but I just never got around to reading it until last week. Briefly speaking, the story revolves around Violet Sorrengail, a young woman forced to choose a calling she never wanted and the trials, betrayals and choices she faces. It is a fantasy novel including magic, folklore coming to life and of course, dragons. I have not read fantasy in a while because the ones that I read - Lord of the rings, Eragon, Game of thrones were good enough and to be honest, GOT tired me out. Nonetheless, this book holds its own. The story moves at a fast pace mostly and the characters are very likeable. I felt like reaching out and slapping a few of them, hugging a few of them; so that tells you the author has done a good job with the characters in the book.
